REDEX is proud to announce it has partnered with The New York State Land Title Association. As with most partnerships this is extremely beneficial to both parties.
The benefit to REDEX is fairly obvious. It will increase our client base and introduce us to a market in a wide-spread fashion.
The benefit to NYSLTA is that its members that want to lower their expenses or do not wish to pay a membership fee each year will now be able to eliminate both problems by simply hiring REDEX. Our core process of analyzing a company's expenses and either renegotiating current rates or finding transparent vendors to replace the current over-charging vendors will help increase the bottom line. As an added bonus we will also pay a portion, and possibly all of the membership fee to join the NYSLTA.Consultant: Steve

A recent article in the Los Angeles Times by Alana Semuels and Ronald D. White noted that recent international events including the revolts in Libya have caused the price of crude oil to surpass $100/barrel.
The rising cost of fossil fuels not only increases the cost of filling your gas tank, but it also directly impacts the cost of doing business in America today.
"Shipping companies such as UPS add fuel surcharges to their rates as the price of [fuel] rises. The UPS fuel surcharge is currently 6% on ground freight and 10% on air freight. Those rates are slated to rise to 6.5% and 11%, respectively, on March 7."
REDEX has extensive experience negotiating all of your shipping rates and fees to ensure that your business doesn't feel the burden of increased fuel costs.
Even if your company has never shipped a single package, the increased cost of fuel causes your suppliers to pass these increased costs on to you.
Speak with a REDEX consultant today to find out how to combat these increases and obtain the best possible prices for all of your company's supplies.

In January of 2011, REDEX was engaged by a medical practice outside of Baltimore, MD. We were brought in to conduct an audit of the company’s Credit Card Processing expenses.
We have found in just about every credit card processing client a large degree of wasteful spending. This premium expense is hidden across transaction fees, processing fees and other account specific detail that typically goes unnoticed. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and recognizes that they neither have the time nor the industry knowledge to properly procure this business expense.
Enter REDEX! With our granular understanding of expense categories & market pricing, we were successfully able to execute an expense reduction project yielding 47% annual savings in Credit Card Processing fees.

I met with a large law firm in New York City. They were busy, which in this economy is great. The first thing I was told by the managing partner was "I don't have a lot of time to meet with you. If that's a problem then we can't use your service right now."
I explained that I would need less than an hour to get started.
Once the managing partner was sold on our services and signed our engagement letter, I quickly moved to getting copies of office supply bills.
While paper may only cost a fraction of a penny per page, this firm used enough paper per year that when I was done I saved them $18,000 a year on paper alone.
Across the board we achieved what projects to be $210,000 in savings per year, which we will closely monitor to make sure the vendors continue to provide our client with high quality service.
